Owner Toiné Schoeman holds a Level 2 Award in Wine & Spirits from WSET Global (Wine & Spirits Education Trust) and a Certificate from the Cape Wine Academy. After four and a half years as a wine consultant at Makro Nelspruit, Toiné founded Varietals early in 2017.
