Busa House has gained the inheritance of a property that has been in the possession of the van der Linde family since 1960. Benmari Resort is now under the new ownership of Busa House The plot was originally used as a residence for the family of former owners Marthie van der Linde, who, together with her husband Berand van der Linde, created this wonderful and peaceful space where guests can enjoy the peace and tranquility of verdant gardens filled with an abundance of birdlife.

Bongani Lukhele seized the opportunity to be next in line to possess this slice of paradise when it was listed in the property market. Complemented by his wife Pinky, who has a background in the hospitality industry, he continues to walk and expand the path laid out by Ben and Marthie for the last 23 years Our goal is to keep the legacy moving forward. We aim to keep it as the lovely peaceful retreat it has always been, and we look forward to welcoming back many returning guests and meeting new ones.
